We need volunteers for our FLL State Championship.

The Florida FLL Championship event is scheduled for February 21-22, 2008 at the Clemente Center in Melbourne.  The 21th is only for setup, no teams (unless they are volunteers.)

FIRST events are an exciting and fun-filled opportunity to see youth in action, applying the knowledge and skills developed through team participation. Each competition event depends on an abundance of volunteers with a broad spectrum of talents to support operating needs and competition demands. The Florida Championship event requires a 1-2 day volunteer commitment for a number of positions. Our event needs over 100 volunteers to make it a success.

There are 2 major groupings of volunteers, Judges and Event Staff.  Judges meet with teams in a quiet room to review their progress

through the season and evaluate how they do in the following areas:

This is an all day competition starting at 7:00 a.m. and running until approximately 6:30 p.m.

Please indicate on the registration form if you are not able to spend the entire day at the competition.
